This website is operated by Keren Almog Goldman, Rest in Nest, Moshav Eli-Ad, the southern Golan Heights (“we”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What information we collect
- Information you provide voluntarily: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message, when you fill out a contact form on the website.
- Basic technical information: the page you sent your inquiry from, and source parameters (UTM) if you arrived through a marketing link. This helps us understand where people come from.
We do not collect sensitive information, and we never ask for credit card or payment details through the website.
How we use the information
- To reply to your inquiry, arrange your arrival or answer a question.
- To stay in touch with you while we plan your stay and during it.
- To improve our service and the website.
We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not asked for them, and we do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
Sharing information with third parties
Your information is stored in the system that runs our website and contact forms, and is forwarded to our inbox by email. Our service providers may use it only to provide that service. If your retreat includes treatments, we pass on to the relevant therapist only the information needed to arrange the session, and only with your knowledge.
Otherwise, we disclose information only when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
Cookies
The website uses technical cookies that it needs to work properly, and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure advertising. The pixel loads only after you continue browsing the website. It tells us whether an ad led to an inquiry, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited the website. Meta receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed, under its own privacy policy. We do not pass the content of inquiries, names or phone numbers to Meta.
You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your use of the website.
The contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google receives technical data such as your browser’s IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive any information about you from it.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it to stay in touch with you and for accounting and legal purposes. We take reasonable measures to secure it, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), but no system can guarantee complete protection.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of use is the binding one, and the date of the latest update appears at the top.
