Choose what fits you now

The plan adapts to your needs, to what speaks to you and to your budget. You don’t have to decide on your own: we’ll go through it together on the intro call.

Emotional processing

A held space to work with whatever is weighing on you, through sharing and conversation.

Family Constellations

A way to work with family and systemic patterns that may have been passed down through the generations and still affect how you live, your relationships and the people you love. You bring these patterns to light and take an active part in creating order and a deep sense of relief.

Family Constellations is an approach developed by Bert Hellinger. It looks at what happens in our lives through the systems we belong to: our family, our community, our surroundings, and the relationships and experiences we have lived through or inherited from earlier generations. These can drive our emotions, thoughts and behavior, whether we know it or not.

Sometimes we keep repeating the same patterns, struggle in relationships, feel stuck, or carry feelings we can’t quite trace. A constellation gives these things room to surface, so we can see what is asking to be acknowledged, healed or changed.

The work is done with representatives. In Israel these are usually pieces of fabric in different shapes and colors, chosen intuitively and laid out as a map of the question you bring. This outside view, a kind of zoom out, shows where you are entangled with your family’s story, and what you can hand back to where it came from.

You can do a constellation in a group, where the other participants act as representatives and their presence supports the work, or in a private session, on your own or as a couple, which is more intimate and tailored to you.

Trilotherapy

A process that combines Western psychology with Eastern teachings and gives you a new language for the conversation between your inner voices. It helps you look inward, find balance and shift your perspective, with a variety of meditations along the way.

Trilotherapy, developed by Nissim Amon, is a contemplative method of spiritual work applied to real-life situations. It combines Western psychological theory with Far Eastern thought and works with three parts inside us: the head, the heart, and the middle. The middle is the real master of the house: the center, the observer, our presence.

Much of the time we live identified with the head or with the heart. The head thinks, analyzes and tries to control. Or the heart floods us and takes over our reactions and choices.

In Trilotherapy we learn to recognize these parts, understand the patterns and conflicts between them, and listen to each voice, so they can relate in a more balanced way. Then neither the head nor the heart runs us on autopilot. Instead we find a quiet, aware place inside that makes the choices. This inner relationship also sheds light on other relationships in our lives, because it is the source of what triggers us. So understanding and improving it improves other areas of life too.

The work combines contemplation, conversation, exercises with and without words, and meditation. It lets us meet ourselves and our relationships from a place that is a little freer, clearer, more present and more compassionate.

Yoga therapy

Therapeutic yoga that works with body and mind together and treats the person as a whole, using the body’s natural intelligence to ease suffering, illness and pain.

Touch therapy, massage and mind-body work

Deep physical release that complements the emotional work and relieves strain held in the body.

Chinese medicine

An ancient, holistic system of medicine. It sees health as a dynamic balance between yin and yang, with life energy flowing freely through the body.

Water therapy

A gentle, wordless treatment in water. It uses the unique qualities of water, and the way the body feels in it, to support healing, rehabilitation, relaxation and well-being.

Rebirthing

Conscious connected breathing: a continuous, circular breath with no pause between inhale and exhale. It aims to release blockages, emotional residue and trauma held in the subconscious and in the body.

Sound healing

A holistic method that uses sound frequencies, vibration and musical harmonics to bring body and mind into deep relaxation, balance and rest.

Movement workshop for connection

Movement as a bodily way to find meaning, take things in and process them, and to sense our own existence. A space that combines movement, creativity and meeting other people.

Intuitive painting

Spontaneous painting guided by emotions, sensations and inner impulses, with no plan and no rules. It lets you bypass the analytical mind and gives the emotional mind room to express itself freely.

Sobada, womb massage and femininity

A holistic approach that sees the womb as an emotional center and helps release blockages and trauma held in the pelvis. It offers support for menstrual pain, menopause, fertility and postpartum recovery. Available as a private or couples treatment, or as a group workshop.

Time outdoors in nature

Walks, views, quiet, trails and springs around the Golan.

Time alone to integrate

Time to let things sink in, rest, write, and just be.

I don’t work alone. I work with a circle of practitioners in different fields who offer complementary treatments alongside your process. Each of them has many years of experience.

We plan your schedule

After the intro call I take care of the coordination: I contact the practitioners you chose, plan the sessions with them, and build a schedule that fits your pace and your budget.

There is always free time between treatments, quiet time for yourself, as much as you need. Fitting the plan closely to you is an important part of the process.
