A private retreat,
built around you

A few days that are entirely yours, in a space prepared for you alone. For one person, a couple, or a group of up to 10 who come together. We choose your sessions together, I support you throughout your stay, and we take care of all the arrangements.

Re-treat: stepping back, to be treated anew.

Sometimes we need to step back and quiet the voices around us, even the ones we love, to meet ourselves and tend to what has gone without attention for too long. People used to do this as a matter of course: every so often they went to the mountains, the desert or the sea, and came back with a more open heart.

Why people come

When a regular vacation isn’t enough

You may recognize yourself in one of these.

Rest that doesn’t restore

Even after time off, something still drains you, as if your balance is off. A range of treatments and personal attention can bring back a sense of relief and connection.

Things left unsaid

Things that were never said and need to be voiced and settled: in your relationship, between siblings, with your parents, with friends, in what you want to do with your life, or with yourself. Relationships and questions waiting for a safe space and enough time.

Feeling stuck

You want change, but something won’t move, or you can’t see clearly what’s stopping you. Sometimes you don’t know exactly what it is, only that something has to shift.

A need to stop

Sometimes what you need most is the hardest to get: time with yourself, quiet, room to breathe, and someone who can hold space for whatever comes up, at your own pace.

Who it’s for

For individuals, couples and groups of up to 10

  • Individuals: creatives, spiritual seekers, business people, entrepreneurs, writers, women, men, people in tech, anyone who needs connection and relief
  • Couples who want supported time together
  • Groups of up to 10 who come together, aged 20 and up: siblings, friends, family, colleagues
  • Anyone who feels something in their life needs attention
What’s possible

A few meaningful days can change how you see things

01

Real rest

For body and mind. Put down what you’ve been carrying and lean back, knowing you’re in good hands.

02

Meeting yourself

Quietly and in depth, with sensitive, professional support that helps you reach what sits beneath the surface: in your body, your emotions and your mind.

03

Going home with relief, strength and the start of change

Insights, release, a new direction. Something clear to take home and keep moving with.

“The retreat is well organized and you feel held. The time was divided really well, with a good balance between the activities and the different sessions. The facilitation feels safe. The food is tasty and filling. I’ve been twice and would be happy to come again.”

The place

A private yurt at the edge of the moshav, between mountains and water

A round, well-equipped Mongolian yurt, completely private, at the edge of Moshav Eli-Ad in the southern Golan Heights. Around us are springs, cliffs and wide views that give you, and the process, room to breathe.

  • Your own private unit. An equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, a private bathroom and shower, sheets and towels. Pack light: bring as few things, and as much of yourself, as you can.
  • Quiet and privacy. Far enough from the familiar and the stressful, close enough to the heart for things to start moving.
  • Nature as part of the process. Trails, cliffs, springs and the Sea of Galilee. The Golan itself is part of the healing.
  • Personal, attentive support. I’m here to listen, support and hold space, and there’s quiet time for yourself whenever you need it.

About me

Keren Almog Goldman

Host, therapist and creator of the Nest. Many years of guiding people through personal processes and difficult times.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to what is said without words: body language, the space between what is said and what isn’t, what happens between people. Over years of encounters and deep awareness work, I keep seeing how much we can find when we look inward.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in the field and went on to study and practice spiritual and alternative approaches. For years I did equine-assisted therapy on healing farms and worked in parent guidance, and today I bring Trilotherapy, Family Constellations and nature into my sessions. I’ve worked with children, parents, couples and adults through upheaval and hard transitions.

I don’t work alone. Around me is a team of highly experienced practitioners in a range of fields, offering complementary treatments to support your process.

  • Academic degree in the field
  • Family Constellations
  • Trilotherapy
  • Parent guidance
  • Meditation
  • Mind-body therapy

“To step out of your routine for a while into a warm space where you feel safe and held, for an honest, meaningful meeting with yourself or the people you love, and to leave with relief and a fresh sense of movement.”

What guests say

From people who have done their process here

Keren is one of the few women who really inspire me. She works with a wide range of tools, and whenever something came up for me, she found the right way to work with it. I’d come in with one thing, and days later much bigger insights would land. Keren has a gift for shining a light on exactly the right spots, and for letting things ripen in their own time and sink in.

Guest

Keren is an amazing, inspiring woman. With her quiet, gentle way and her ability to see beyond the surface, she makes connections and helps you find your direction and get clearer about yourself. I warmly recommend her sensitive, gentle and unique way of working.

Guest

Thanks to her I felt myself getting stronger and changing: believing in myself, knowing I deserve the best. Keren is very professional, sensitive and understanding. I felt safe enough to share and open up completely.

A short call will tell us if now is the time

No commitment. It helps us both see whether, and when, a retreat makes sense for you.

Good to know

Who it’s not for

The retreat isn’t for everyone, and that’s fine. Better to know up front.

Not a replacement for therapy

It doesn’t replace ongoing psychological therapy or psychiatric care. If you’re in acute crisis, please talk to your own therapist first.

Not a passive vacation

If you only want a relaxing break, with no wish to look inward, you’re welcome to simply book a stay in one of our yurts.

Not a quick fix

If you need fast results, this isn’t it. The process takes its own time and keeps working after you get home.

Still not sure?

Just send me a message. A first call will help us both see if this is the right time.

Questions and answers

Common questions

What is a private retreat at Rest in Nest?

A stay of two nights or more in a private yurt in Moshav Eli-Ad, built in advance around you: sessions such as Family Constellations, Trilotherapy and massage, meals, and quiet time in nature. I coordinate everything, and all you have to do is arrive.

Can I do a retreat on my own?

Yes. Many of the retreats here are for one person who simply needs to stop. The basic package for one, two nights with five meals and three sessions, is ₪2,350.

What about a couples retreat?

Couples come for unhurried time together, in a space that holds them. You can choose shared or separate sessions. The basic package for a couple is ₪4,500.

Can we come as a group?

Yes, a group of up to 10 guests who already know each other, aged 20 and up: siblings, friends, family or colleagues. From the third guest on, it’s ₪150 per night for each additional guest.

How long does a retreat last?

Two nights minimum, and longer is possible. We shape the length and pace together in the Zoom intake call.

Which sessions can I choose?

Each retreat is built from a few sessions chosen out of 15, from emotional and inner work to body, touch and water. The basic package includes three. The full list is in the sessions menu.

Are meals included?

The basic package includes five meals. You can add more as needed, and we’ll settle it together as we build the retreat.

Is this therapy?

It’s a therapeutic, supportive space, but not a substitute for ongoing psychological therapy or psychiatric care. If you’re in acute crisis, it’s best to consult your own therapist first.

How do we start?

A short call, up to 15 minutes, to see if it’s a good fit. Then we set dates and a Zoom intake call of about forty minutes, and I build the retreat.
